Sports and Music Make a Duo

Listening to music before or after sports is common all over the world and we see many athletes all over the world listening to music during their workouts. Music is believed to help athletes gain self-confidence, for example American swimmer Michael Phelps listens to music 2 minutes before his competition to get himself in the right frame of mind. Music enhances an athlete’s performance, mood and risky behavior, and helps to shift the artist’s attention from the negative to the positive.

The temperature of the music also has an effect on the movement, therefore, if an athlete listens to a song at a rapid temperature, they can increase their movement to a faster rate which improves the performance of the athlete. Therefore, there are a number of avenues for athletes that they will love to listen to during their training and practice sessions.
·
DJ Snake (Turn down for what)
·
Duck (Started from the bottom)
·
Eminem (You lose)
·
Eminem (Until I collapse)
·
Krewella (alive)
·
David Guetta (the club can’t handle me)

·
Diplo (Welcome to the party)

Musical performances have always been a major event, whether it be the Olympics or the opening or closing ceremony of any sporting event. The events start with music that energizes the audience and the athletes as well. The NBA and NHL and other sporting events have great live performances from different starts that their fan will love to listen to.
