Sunglasses with bluetooth camera
Due to the difficulty in choosing, it is important to do some research before purchasing and we are well informed about the product. When choosing the best camera glasses, it is important to pay attention to the following points:
- Sound quality
- Camera quality
- Storage capacity
- Fit and comfort
Going through all of these key points will give you a clear idea of whether the camera glasses you have selected are worth investing in.
Sound quality is also important when selecting your stylish sunglasses with built-in speakers. In most cases, the most common problem was wind affecting sound quality. And it can actually ruin your user experience.
When choosing the right camera glasses, you should take into account the number of microphones installed. Dual stereo microphones are better in this case because they reduce the nose and generally provide better sound quality.
The ability to record high quality videos and take high resolution photos is something we would love to see in our new pair of camera glasses. However, some camera glasses do not have the ability to take photos.
In most cases, the photo glasses you’re about to buy will have a 5MP sensor, which is actually sufficient, although there are photo glasses with a higher megapixel count.
Frames per second – Another important element is the FPS or Frames per second. We won’t go into much detail here, but the “the more the better” rule applies perfectly here.
Camera lens range – if the range is wider, your peripheral vision will be wider. Since you’re not going to be using the camera glasses to take photos all the time, a wider angle is a better option.
Having a small storage capacity is an issue with many devices that need to store recorded materials. This is also the case with camera glasses, so make sure you can insert an SD card of at least 32 GB. While most photo glasses have this option, it is always best to check.
Depending on your needs and the ability to transfer the photos and recordings to your computer, it would be a good idea to think about getting an SD card with more storage capacity.
Durability is an important factor to consider when purchasing camera glasses. You don’t want to buy ones that break easily. You definitely don’t want to fix your camera glasses or buy new ones and that’s the reason to go for stronger materials. Grilamid TR 90 is a great material, so check if the glasses you are considering buying are made from it.
Fit and comfort
Since you will be wearing sunglasses with a camera most of the time, it is important to take care of the comfort. You definitely don’t want to buy uncomfortable ones because you will stop wearing them very soon. So, before you buy the glasses, read what other users are saying about the comfort. Plus, if you have the chance to try them out for yourself, it’s the best thing you can do to make sure they’re comfortable.
The guarantee is also very important. Always check the warranty and go for the ones that offer at least a one year warranty. In most cases, companies offer 1 or 2 years of warranty but there are also some that do not say anything about the warranty so be careful. If there is a problem, the manufacturer may offer to repair the camera bezels or give you new ones.
Now that you know what to look out for when shopping for photo glasses, here are our top picks to make the decision easier.
Best Bluetooth Camera Sunglasses
Kamre Full HD Camera Sunglasses
The things we loved about these camera glasses are the decent audio and video quality. They are affordable and easy to handle. The grip is firm enough to keep them from wobbling on your head. The finish is quite nice and the customer support is excellent.
What we didn’t like was that the camera was in most cases aimed too high. But luckily it can be adjusted. And that makes Bluetooth camera sunglasses one of the best bets. It is not recommended for people with too narrow a head. When the lighting conditions are not good, the video quality is poor.
Sports sunglasses with iVUE Rincon 1080P HD camera
What we liked most about these glasses was the high quality 8MP camera which also allows you to take pictures. There is also an app that will let you change some settings, preview videos or upload your videos and photos. The lenses can be tilted and there are two video options regarding resolution and FPS – 720p (60fps) and 1080p (30fps)
We didn’t like the buttons, to be honest. They are too small and appear weak and fragile. And we want the support to be better.
Gogloo Polarized Camera Glasses
The Gogloo glasses caught our eye with the 10MP sensor. It has the ability to record videos while charging and their cooling system is quite unique. They are made of durable materials and are very light and comfortable.
Considering the 10MP sensor, we expected the night recording to be a bit better.
OHO Sunshine 1080P Waterproof Video Sunglasses
The OHO Sunshine glasses provide good video when the lighting conditions are good and you can take pictures with them. They are easy to handle and the setup is quite quick. We particularly liked the IP protection class from IP66. It has built-in storage memory and comes with a one year warranty.
Just like with other glasses, the quality is not as good in low light. After prolonged use, they get hot and can be a bit uncomfortable on the ears and nose.
