You are focused on the task at hand with your conscious mind, while your soul self is radiating the soothing vibrations of the key word you have chosen for the day. Whatever word you have chosen, when you use EFT Choices along with it, your EFT Choices statement will permeate your thoughts. Throughout the day, you will become acutely aware of how it affects your reality and how you handle unexpected challenges.
How to Use Your Healing Key Word of the Day
Each day, choose one or more of the 100 keywords in the table below. Preface your keyword with an appropriate action Choice:
“I choose to feel…”
“I choose to be…”
“I choose to find…”
“I choose to emit…”
“I choose to have…
“I choose to stay…”
“I choose to know…
“I choose to seek…
“I choose to embrace …, etc.”
Then tap on your Choices statement (outwardly or inconspicuously) as you start your day and whenever something begins to trouble you as you go through your daily tasks.
Feel free to use any other positive keywords that come to your mind. A wonderful way to approach this is to go through the list day-by-day and select a different key word. Then, start over again!
