Broward County Salvation Army to offer Johnson & Johnson vaccine

Access to Johnson & Johnson’s one-shot COVID-19 vaccine will be more readily available through a partnership with the Broward County Salvation Army and the Florida Division of Emergency Management.

This collaboration will allow The Salvation Army to distribute vaccines from its mobile medical unit to Florida residents over the age of 18. Approximately 200 vaccines will be available for daily distribution and will be administered on a first come, first served basis.

The mobile medical unit will distribute vaccines from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on May 19, 20 and 26 at the Broward County Community Center; May 21 at the Salvation Army Broward County Adult Rehabilitation Center; and May 25 at the Broward County Salvation Army Regional Command.
