The Karnataka cricketer will travel to Mumbai on Wednesday to reunite with other teammates ahead of the England tour. Rahul will travel to Chennai with his state teammate Mayank Agarwal. The duo will join Washington Sundar and Ravichandran Ashwin as the four of them travel from Chennai to Mumbai by chartered flight. With goalkeeper Wriddhiman Saha also negative, all 20 test team members for the England tour are now fit.

The Cricket Control Board of India (BCCI) has organized charter flights to select players in their cities.
