It’s starting to look a lot like summer around here and it’s happened so fast. We went from life in sweaters and boots to shorts and t-shirts overnight. The island is in turmoil, I have a feeling it will be the busiest summer we have ever seen. I can’t wait to maybe get a glimpse of normal this summer. Marin finally begins to meet people, without a mask. She smiles at everyone. We will finally have child care this summer and I look forward to the opportunities that will arise, both personally and professionally. One thing I hope to spend some time on is a comprehensive Newport travel guide, a little different from what I have on the site now. It’ll be launching (fingers crossed) in early fall and I’m really looking forward to creating a resource that I think will make traveling here easier and more fun. For now, take advantage of the good weather and the opportunity to socialize a little more, which brings a whole new set of angst, ha. Have a nice week end.
