Ambitious growth plans have been made by Hull’s creative agency Drunk Animal, which welcomes new hires, opens a new office in London and welcomes a prestigious client in Reckitt.
The company moved from designing and events to focusing on content in early 2020.
He has now secured the global consumer goods company that has recently regained its legacy name, alongside city software Evoke Technologies and Italian winery Cantina Goccia.
Calvin Innes, Creative Director and CEO, is now setting himself new goals. He said: “The past 12 months have been an exciting time for everyone at Drunk Animal. We have implemented new services to better support our clients and this has helped us secure projects that we could have dreamed of only two years ago.
“We have upgraded the skills of the team and added more staff to strengthen our market offering, which means that we are now able to accept new customers. More and more of our clients now need strong international support and PR activity, so we have made the decision to expand our offering to London.
“To this end, we have assembled an experienced team to further develop the business and have opened a satellite office to allow our central team to work in the office that best meets the client’s needs.”
The London office will be headed by Craig Spence and Nick-Kenyon Muir, both seasoned marketers with extensive experience in various industries.
Having worked for both the agency side and for brands, they will advise on DA’s growth and partnership initiatives.
Mr. Innes said they bring “a deep understanding of channel campaign management and customer acquisition, coupled with a strong business acumen and consultative mindset to meet the growth plans of the agency for the present and the future “.
The York Street-based core team sees Yasmine Droullos and Adam Fawcett join as project manager and operations coordinator, respectively, Coby Taylor as Mr. Innes’ PA and Martin Challoner as lead designer. Laura Greenwood, Senior Consultant, will also support the Remote Business Development team.
