Erik Oster, editor-in-chief, agencies at Adweek leaves the post on June 1.

He had recently been promoted to the new post.

Previously, he held the position of senior editor. Oster has been with Adweek for 5 years, joining as a personal writer.

“More to come when I put my thoughts together, but I am so grateful for the opportunities I have had over the years and the great people I have been fortunate enough to work with,” he wrote. on Twitter.

He is also a contributing writer at AgencySpy and was an associate editor and book editor at the Faster Times. Oster was also editor of Caution Horse and editor / editor of Goucher Review.

Oster is a BA in English Creative Writing from Goucher College.
