Ford fans will be able to see the automaker unveil the truck, which is touted as having “the compact handling of an SUV” with the “capability of a truck”, live with the help of actress Gabrielle Union in a series of live social media platforms.
Maverick introduction follows Ford’s recently released all-electric Lightning F-150 Pickup Truck, which debuted in May.
To see the unveiling of the Maverick, viewers can tune into Gabrielle Union Instagram and TIC Tac canals. The truck launch will also appear on Ford Facebook, Twitter, TIC Tac, Instagram, and Youtube, as well as on top Hulu.

Ford resurrected the name Maverick after first attributing it to a sports sedan that it resold in the 1970s.
Ford shares were trading at $ 16.43 on Friday in pre-market hours, up 44 cents, or 2.75%.
