Naledi Nyahuma Seck Joins The Orchard as Vice President of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion

Naledi Nyahuma Seck has joined Sony music The orchard as Vice President, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion.

Los Angeles-based Nyahuma Seck reports to Colleen Théis, COO of The Orchard, and will work closely with Tiffany R. Warren, Executive Vice President, Director of Diversity and Inclusion at Sony Music Group, who took on the role in October.

In her newly appointed role, Nyahuma Seck will continue the company’s diversity and inclusion initiatives, and establish talent pools and employee development programs.

Prior to joining The Orchard, Nyahuma Seck served as Senior Director, Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging at Universal music group.

At Universal Music, she has managed a team of diversity advisors for the company’s labels and business units since 2019.

Nyahuma Seck has also served as Co-Chair of Internal / Institutional Change for Universal Music’s Task Force for Meaningful Change, which launched in 2020.

Prior to working at Universal Music, Nyahuma Seck held positions at AEG, The Recording Academy and more.
