Mini Pilates Flow Core Finisher


This mini Pilates flow core finisher is ideal if you’re short on time or looking for a little bit of core work to complement a longer workout. The emphasis is on the obliques.

Mini Pilates Flow Core Finisher

In this class, we start with a quick warm-up that goes straight to our mini-workout. The best way to describe this structure is to imagine a Pilates mat class. We basically take a small sequence from this class and turn it into a circuit.

The mini stream is a short sequence (2 min 45 s). You will do it twice on the right and then twice on the left. You rest for 15 seconds between completed sequences and 30 seconds between sides.

Always listen to your body, changing or stopping as needed. We end the course with a guided recovery (very fast).

  • (15 sec) Side-stretched leg lifts (start with hand down)
  • (30) Continue to lift the legs stretched out to the side but with the upper arm up
  • (45) Leg and torso lift
  • (45) Side lying on the boat
  • (30) V side up
