Maxar Technologies – Shares of the space technology company slipped 4% after the company announced a $ 400 million common stock offering in an SEC filing. Maxar said he intended to use the proceeds of the offering to pay off debt and for general corporate purposes.
Nikola – Shares of the vehicle design company fell 3% after the company announced a $ 100 million common stock offering in an SEC filing. Nikola said he plans to use the profits to invest in financing the company’s manufacturing plant in Arizona and developing the infrastructure for the hydrogen station, as well as other general business purposes.
GameStop – Shares of the video game retailer rose 1% during after-hours trading. Trading in the stock was halted on Monday and stocks ended the day down 16%.
