Facebook extends its teleworking policy to most employees

Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg announced on Wednesday that the company will extend its work from policy policy to all full-time employees of the company whose work can be performed remotely.

The company made these policy changes that were previously announced in May 2020, in which only certain employees, preferably the most senior and experienced employees, were allowed to apply to work permanently from home.

Zuckerberg recently made these policy changes defining the company’s hybrid remote and office configuration.

Employees fulfilling roles that cannot be performed remotely include people working on hardware devices or corporate data center configurations.
